About

I sit at the seam between finance, real estate, and AI.

I'm a finance major at the University of South Florida, graduating Cum Laude in December 2026, and an Associate Intern at Pinellas Development Group, a Tampa Bay commercial real estate firm. My role is two-sided: I work the deal side, and I build the AI tools that support the team.

On the deal side I underwrite acquisition opportunities, run financial models, and chase leads. I talk with owners, sellers, and brokers across Tampa Bay, run prospecting outreach, and sit in on offer conversations. The work spans cold outreach, qualifying calls, and the analysis that lives underneath every potential transaction.

On the tech side I scrape market data, build CRM workflow automations, generate LOIs and PSAs from email at the click of a button, and ship a morning briefing system that runs at 5:30 AM so the day starts triaged before anyone is awake.

Before commercial real estate I spent years in client-facing roles: sales, hospitality, and service. The cold-call comfort and the experience handling difficult conversations came long before the real estate did. I'm aiming at a career in commercial real estate acquisitions, investment sales, and development. The portfolio below is the work I'm doing today.
